Asthma and Sport Organisation (NGO) was established in May 2000, in order to help asthma patients live a better life – to offer them expert help in the field of sport and physical activity.
Milestones
1999 Swimming programme for people with asthma was initiated.
2000 Asthma and Sport Organisation was founded.
2002 Asthma and sport educational activities were launched.
2003 Asthma & Sport manual was published.
2003 Summer camp with daily sport programme for asthma kids was initiated.
2004 City of Ljubljana supported 3 year campaigning of Asthma in School.
2005 Humanitarian Spinning for kids with asthma was organized
2009 AsthmaKindergarten - Special exercise programme for kids age 3-7 was initiated.
2010 1st International Asthma & Sport Academy was launched |
